At Elements Eatery & Bar, our menu is completely based on the seasonal availability of ingredients, allowing us to create dishes that are not only delicious but also in harmony with nature's offerings. We invite you to indulge in the flavors of each season with our thoughtfully crafted menu.
Our tortillas and salsas are made by hand, from scratch every single day. Any morning you will find us mixing masa, pressing tortillas in a tortilladora and cooking them on the plancha. We'll be roasting the tomatoes, chiles, onions, and garlic. Cracking open dozens of guajillos, peeling tomatillos, and simmering ingredients together for as long as they take to get right.
